SAROS380N
Search & Rescue SystemThe SAROS380N is an electro‐optic system for day/night use, providing high performances & intended for navigation, search & rescue observation and surveillance on fixed ground stations or moving platforms such as ships, vehicle etc. The system consists of Gyro‐Stabilized Sensors Package (GSP) and Consoles Station Package (CSP).
GSP is a multi sensor electro‐optic payload mounted on a 4 axis gyro stabilized platform. The standard electrooptic payload includes High Definition MW Thermal Imager and Colour Daylight cameras and an Eye Safe Laser Range Finder.
CSP is multi‐function controlling System includes Video Data Management (VDM) and Digital Video Recorder. User may option automatic video tracking can lock onto designated targets in either band.
- Automatic tracking, for maritime, aerial and ground targets.
- Automatic scan modes. Parallel or waypoint surveillance.
- Video recording, controlled from the system control panel.
- Maritime qualified for the harshest environmental conditions.
- Possibility of automatic alarms for target intrusion.
- Up to three control posts, local or remote control & external system
- State of the Art image stabilization through 4 axis platform.
- Sub milliradian Sensors alignment.
- Observation/Surveillance day and night, for detection and identification.
- Standard systems includes three sensors:
- MW Thermal Imager has a resolution of 1280×1024 pixels with Focal Length 15 to 330 mm Continuous Zoom Optical Lens, fields of view (FOV) as follows:
